Do This Workout

  • Walking lunges – 4 sets of 12 reps down and 12 reps back
  • Deficit RDLs- 4 sets of 12 reps
  • Cable squat pull throughs- 4 sets of 8-10 reps
  • Vertical leg press – 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Belt squat – 4 sets of 8-10 reps
  • Cable kickbacks – 4 sets of 8-10 reps each leg
  • ARomanbductor – sets of 12-15 reps
