20 Minute Metcon Training Challenge! Time to Warm Up

First, start with a 4 minute dynamic warmup followed by a metabolic conditioning circuit for 4 rounds. Each round is consists of 5 exercises for 1 minute. Add pulsing reps at the end of each minute:

  1. Lunge jumps
  2. Push ups
  3. Bicycle twists
  4. New jacks
  5. Squat thrusts
