Gym Workout Routine for Toned Back & Arms

There’s nothing like having nice toned arms, back and triceps. It’s important to look great in a racerback tank top! Try a few of these workout moves in the gym to get started

Do This Workout

  • Cardio Warm Up (5-10 Min)
  • Lat Pull Down (3 sets x 10-12 reps)
  • Seated Rows (3 sets x 10-12 reps)
  • Cable Pushdown (3 sets x 10-12 reps)
  • Bent Over Rows (3 sets x 10-12 reps)
  • Superset 1: Bicep Curls + Tricep Pushdowns (3 sets x 10 reps)
  • Superset 2: Preacher Curls + Tricep Dips (3 sets x 10 reps)
